If your computer has been infected and is making it impossible to turn the computer on it would be useful to be able to access the AV program and enable it to run during boot up if necessary. this would then hopefully clear the problem and allow

Usually it is easy to install Outpost Security Suite Pro in Safe Mode. For other cases, it's better to repair system with Windows CD.
